Job Qualifications & Requirements:
▪ Diploma/Degree holder in Sales & Marketing or related discipline.
▪ Well-known in Digital Marketing.
▪ Understanding how to using the IT Tools.
▪ 10 years or above working experience.
▪ Has a good understanding of the real estate market in Mandalay.
▪ Well pronounced presentation skills.
▪ Good command of Burmese, English and Chinese is a plus.
▪ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
▪ Attention to details and good taste in visuals.
▪ Not afraid to take responsibility and get work done.
▪ Must be initiative with strong sense of responsibility.
▪ Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of management.
▪ Strong leadership and sense of ownership, with the ability to have hands-on monitoring of project status and coach subordinates closely.
▪ Must be eager to learn and self-motivated.
▪ Must have coordination, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
▪ Must be initiative and able to work long term.
▪ Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
▪ Must be able to work outside office hours, depending on the job.
▪ Perform other work on an ad-hoc basis as per supervisor’s request.
