Job Description
- Install batteries and solar panels at customer sites.
- Connect wiring, charge controllers, and distribution boards safely following electrical standards.
- Travel to residential, commercial, or industrial sites within and outside the city as assigned.
- Perform site surveys before installation (shade analysis, load calculation, space assessment).
- Maintain service logs, warranty records, and inventory of spare parts used.
- Report recurring technical issues to management for product quality improvement.
Job requirements
- Minimum high school (Grade 10 / Matriculation) or any technical diploma (ITE, GTI, BEHS).
- Battery, Inverter, Solar Service experience (preferred – minimum 6 months to 1 year).
- Electrical experience (e.g., home wiring, appliance repair, electrician background) – training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Basic understanding of DC/AC circuits, voltage, current, and wattage.
- Familiarity with multimeters, clamp meters, and basic hand tools.
- Ability to read simple wiring diagrams.
- Must be able to travel for site visit trips (local and regional – expenses covered by company).
