Job Description
The HR Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting the full employee life cycle from recruitment, onboarding, employment, performance review, employee engagement, employee relations, and resignation or termination processes.
The HR Assistant Manager must mainly focus on recruitment and selection activities to ensure that the right candidates are hired for the right positions at the right time.
The HR Assistant Manager will check candidate references, prepare employment offers, and coordinate appointment processes according to company policy.
The HR Assistant Manager must manage onboarding processes for new employees, including document collection, orientation arrangement, employment contract preparation, and employee record creation.
The HR Assistant Manager must support Performance Management processes, including probation reviews, performance appraisal coordination, KPI follow-up, performance improvement plans, and reporting.
The HR Assistant Manager must handle Employee Engagement activities to improve employee motivation, teamwork, communication, and workplace satisfaction.
The HR Assistant Manager will support Employee Relations matters by handling employee complaints, workplace issues, disciplinary cases, warning letters, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
The HR Assistant Manager must ensure that company rules, regulations, HR policies, and employment practices are clearly communicated and properly followed by all employees.
The HR Assistant Manager will manage exit processes, including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, clearance processes, final settlement coordination, and employee record updates.
The HR Assistant Manager must prepare HR reports, recruitment reports, manpower reports, turnover reports, performance reports, and other reports as required by the HR Manager and management.
The HR Assistant Manager will support training and development activities by identifying training needs and coordinating internal or external training programs when required
Job requirements
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
A Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management will be an advantage.
The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in HR functions, with strong experience in recruitment and selection
The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager level HR role.
The candidate must have strong experience in Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations.
The candidate must be able to handle recruitment for different departments, positions, and business units within a Group of Companies.
The candidate must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple HR tasks within deadlines.
The candidate must have a high level of integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and teamwork.
The candidate must be willing to travel to branches or business units when required.
