- Coordinate with the contract administrator to draft contracts
- Coordinate internally and externally to reach agreement on contractual clauses
- Ensure payments are made only against valid contractual documents
- Prepare and book cargo invoices
- Monitor cargo exposure on a daily basis
- Ensure all payments are fully executable and compliant
- Handle all types of payments, including T/T, D/P, credit, and L/C
- Forecast and collect VAT for domestic shipments
- Arrange logistics, including bulk, container, rail, truck, barge, warehouse, etc.
- Coordinate the issuance of shipping documents
- Screen service providers and report any incidents
- Conduct due diligence checks on storage locations
- Ensure business activities, commodities, and quality comply with customs and local regulations
- Arrange for assay analysis and ensure timely reporting of results
- Coordinate to resolve on-site issues related to quantity and quality
- Identify stock types and arrange for stock inspections in accordance with company policies
- Coordinate with warehouses to reconcile stock positions
- Organize stock audits when required
