Job Description
1. Responsible for supporting all aspects of the hotel operations including guest services/night audit, housekeeping/laundry, food and beverage, maintenance, and vendor/supplies to ensure superior guest satisfaction while maximizing hotel profitability. 2. Must be able to work in shifts. 3. The duty hours of the operation departments must be drawn up. 4. Performs daily, weekly, and monthly property inspections. 5. Review employee performance and conduct personnel actions such as disciplinary actions and terminations. 6. Assist the operation manager in his/her day-to-day operations
Job requirements
1. Several years of experience in the hospitality industry. 2. Must have a bachelor's degree in hotel management or hospitality. 3. Must be speak chinese language. 4. Have team management and leadership skills. 5. Must be over (30) years old.
