Users shall be fully responsible for all activities carried out with the password and account, including any information, data, text, software, music, audio, photos, graphics, video, information or other materials uploaded, posted, emailed or transmitted in any other way through BOSS Direct Recruitment, whether publicly or privately, are the responsibility of the content provider.
Users should immediately notify BOSS Direct when their passwords or accounts are used without authorization, or when any other security problems occur. If the user's account or password is leaked due to improper use or other reasons not caused by BOSS Direct Recruitment, the user shall bear the adverse consequences of the leakage of his data and information.
This agreement is between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and Beijing BOSS Network Technology Co. (hereinafter referred to as "BOSS" or "we") (Company Address: 1801, 18/F, No. 09, Building 1, No. 16, Sun Palace Middle Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China, Tel: 010-84150633) in relation to the BOSS software (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "BOSS") provided by BOSS. "BOSS is a serious and pure recruitment service software, please read the following terms carefully before registering and using BOSS.
